Accepted Payment Methods
To keep things simple and seamless for busy families, all Tiny Tutus fees are paid by scheduled card payments using Visa or Mastercard.
Your payments follow our annual payment calendar, so everything is predictable and taken care of automatically unless you notify us of cancellation.
Merchant Processing Fees
Our external payment processor Payrix (WorldPay) applies a fee of:
2.2% of the transaction amount plus $0.66 per transaction
These fees are charged directly by the payment provider and are not retained by Tiny Tutus.
Because the fee is applied externally, it cannot and will not appear on Tiny Tutus receipts. The total charged amount will be visible on your card statement. You can view the full Payrix DDR Service Agreement here.
Bank account payments will be phased out from 30 June; we ask all families to ensure that they place a debit or credit card on file for future payments.
Current Payrix (WorldPay) bank scheduled payment fees are:
• Bank account (direct debit): $0.88 per transaction
• Failed payment fee (Bank accounts only): $5.50

Failed Payments
To ensure you avoid late or dishonour fees, please keep your payment details current in your Parent Portal and follow the Payrix DDR Service Agreement recommendations.
If a scheduled payment fails, a dishonour charge is applied on the Payrix (WorldPay) platform of $5.50 (bank accounts) or $0.66 (card accounts) and will be applied to your next transaction.
SMS and email notification will be provided to advise of any failed payments and an update on the outstanding fees (including past accrued failure fees). Fees must be settled at least a full 24 hours before the next scheduled class. Class attendance is not permitted until the full payment has cleared.
Failed payments will be automatically retried two (2) days following the original date. Our team are happy to settle your account over the phone prior to the retry. Just call 1300 245 060 for assistance.
For administrative accuracy and fairness to all enrolled families, dancers will be removed from the class roll if outstanding fees are not settled within the required timeframe following a failed payment. Enrolment will be reinstated once payment has been received.
Failed payment fees are imposed by Payrix in accordance with their payment processing terms and are not controlled by Tiny Tutus. As such, these fees cannot be waived.
Credits & Refunds
Tiny Tutus works closely with families to ensure every ballerina receives the full value of her enrolment. Our Class Cancellation and Recital Cancellation sections above outline the available alternative options should changes occur.
Where appropriate and approved, families may be offered an account credit, boutique credit or refund. Any approved refunds are subject to a $20 administration fee.
Refunds are not provided where a family chooses not to use the available make-up class options or where requests fall outside our payment or cancellation policies.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Revisions
We occasionally update our Terms & Conditions to best support our families and programs. Any updates will be shared on our website and in your Parent Portal.
