I grew up in Newcastle and was a student of Tessa Maunder. I then joined the Australian Ballet School where I completed my 3 year diploma course and was selected to join the Australian Ballet Company touring throughout Australia and overseas until I retired in 1999. I am now a Mum of 2 boys and as well as teaching my beautiful ballerinas in Mount Eliza, I am the Curriculum and teaching director for Tiny Tutus.

My greatest dancing achievement is receiving my ballet scholarship in 2018. My favourite thing about being a Tiny Tutus teacher is watching my ballerinas grow and improve their skills as a ballet dancer. Not only do I enjoy dancing, but I also love musical theatre and singing, and I graduated from my Bachelor of Music (contemporary) course in 2022.

I have been dancing since I was 4 years old at Ballarat Dance Works under Pam Waghorn for 15 years before moving to Melbourne. Over the years, I have tried many different styles of dance including Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Contemporary and Musical theatre. I love teaching young ballerinas and sharing their passion for ballet with them while watching them grow and improve every single class. I am currently studying Electical Engineering at RMIT.

I started my ballet journey at the age of 4 with the RAD Classical Ballet syllabus, and completed it at the age of 17. I then furthered my passion in dance with a Bachelor of Dance at the Victorian College of the Arts, and am now working with dance professionals in the industry, and further sharing my joy in dance through teaching.

I started ballet classes at 2 years old, eventually completing my RAD and SFD examinations in many styles. I trained with Transit Dance before completing dance as a VCE subject, performing in Top Class Dance with my two self-choreographed solos. I now study full-time to complete my Bachelor of Fine Arts (Dance) at the Victorian College of the Arts. My love for dance has made me very excited to teach and spread this passion to young ones.

I completed my Cert IV in Dance at high school and completed my Bachelor of Arts in Classical Performance in at the University of West London. I have always admired my teachers throughout my dance training and now love sharing the joy of dance and inspiring the next generation of amazing dancers.

I started dancing at age 7 at my local ballet studio Ballarat Dance Centre. I fell in love with dance in my very first class and have now been dancing for about 15 years. I completed all my Cecchetti ballet exams with honours from primary to advanced 2 and successfully auditioned for many events such as scholars, medal test and William carse awards. As well as Cecchetti programs I also competed in many competitions all over Victoria and Australia.

The highlight of my career, was working for the Walt Disney Company where I performed at both Hong Kong & Tokyo Disneyland. My passion for teaching is beyond 20 years where I love passing on what I love to do & watch young dancers blossom. So very excited to be part of Tiny Tutus!

I attended my first ballet class at the age of 3 and fell in love. I pursued contemporary, lyrical jazz and hip hop until the age of 18 but my love for ballet held strong. I completed my RAD grade and vocational exams and continue to attend classes as an adult when I am not studying. As a young dance student, I always thought about how wonderful it would be to teach ballet when I was older. Now, as an adult, I am so lucky to share the same joy and passion I have with young dancers!

I have been dancing since the age of 4 in my hometown of Geelong. Pursuing my passion for classical ballet, I completed all of her RAD exams and honed my skills in jazz and contemporary dance, achieving ATOD exam qualifications in both styles. I am passionate about sharing the joy of dance with budding ballerinas, inspiring them to fall in love with ballet just as I did. When I'm not dancing, I am studying medicine at Monash University, with the aim of specialising in paediatrics.

I joined Tiny Tutu's in 2023, as a cover teacher, and now am so proud to have a permanent schedule at our growing location in South Melbourne. I began ballet training from the age of seven, along with musical theatre, tap, contemporary and lyrical. As I progressed, ballet and lyrical became my strong suits. I have completed up to Grade 6 in the Commonwealth Society of Teachers in Dance syllabus, and choreographed and competed for the Lyrical Team at my high school, during my Year 12.

Tiny Tutu’s allows me to stay connecting with a sport and art that has been my entire life, and I can’t wait to dance with your ballerinas in class!

I started ballet at Tiny Tutus myself as a 2yr old, and have loved dance and performing ever since. I have learnt and grown in a variety of dance styles such as tap, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, and acrobatics, but ballet continues to be my favourite. Also performing in many musicals and workshops I grew a passion for helping the younger groups, and took pride in being able to be a role model and big sister figure to them. I am currently at Newcastle University for a Bachelor of Education, and I absolutely enjoy the experience working with young ballerinas to make sure they have a wonderful time and achieve their dreams.

Watching them develop such a strong love for dance at a young age is so incredibly rewarding.

Being a prima ballerina has always been a childhood dream of mine! It is now my 10th year being a part of Tiny Tutus as a teacher and it has been an honour. Sharing my love for dance with my wonderful families, and their little ones has been the most rewarding experience. I may not get to become a prima ballerina on the big stage, but being a prima ballerina with my beautiful ballerinas and having the classroom as our stage has been a dream I couldn’t have imagined! 🩰

I trained extensively and competed in many genres of dance from the age of 5, going on to complete my RAD exams and fulltime dance under of some of Australia's most prolific and successful choreographers and performers. Upon graduation, I jumped straight into the professional world dancing for various agencies and securing a permanent position as a resident host, dancer and entertainer at Dreamworld Australia. I teach competition and recreational dance to students of all ages across Queensland but I feel that I was made to teach Tiny Tutus - the most perfect combination of my love for ballet and nurturing the next generation of little dancers.

I began my dance and performing arts training at age 4 at Conroy Dance Centre in Brisbane under the tutelage Queensland Ballet Alumni. My all-round performing arts foundation equipped me with the skills required to get accepted into the prestigious New York Film Academy for Acting. Excelling in my studies, I was chosen, along with Acting Partner Chris Hindle, to represent our Academy at the 2019 AACTA Awards in Sydney. I went on to win a scholarship to further my acting career in The Big Apple, acting in Films House Of Inequity and The Deck.
As a Tiny Tutu Teacher, I love to see my ballerinas grow every weekend and the magical connections I make. Also, knowing that I make an impact in that ballerina's life warms my heart.

I’ve performed and competed in ballet for over 15 years, having studied the RAD classical syllabus and attained the QCE Dance certification. Some of my favourite experience include taking faculty-run classes in both contemporary and ballet at the Queensland Ballet for an internship, representing the University of Queensland in Melbourne for the AASCF National Championships, and assisting young dancers on the Riverstage at the Lord Mayors Christmas Carols. It is such a privilege to share special milestones with little ballerinas and watch them build confidence as their lessons progress. I’m so excited to meet you!

I started taking ballet classes when I was 2 years old and have been so lucky to use those foundations to have a career in dance. I grew up learning ballet, jazz, tap and everything in between. In 2016, I completed my Advanced Diploma in Elite Performance and Diploma in Musical theatre, which led to me securing a job at Dreamworld. For 8 years since, I have been hosting, dancing, singing and performing in character suits in the Entertainment Department. I have also had the opportunity to perform with the Wiggles and with Bluey and Bingo for Bluey Live shows around QLD and NSW. I am so grateful to be able share my love of dance with my tiny ballerinas.

I was born in England & moved to Perth in Feb 2022. I have been dancing since the age of 3 years old, starting at my local dance school back home. I then left school at age 16 & went to a well recognised Performing Arts School. I passed leaving with a HND in Performing Arts & Musical Theatre. I left at the age of 18 & have been teaching a range of different dance style classes ever since! After settling in to life in Australia, I found the job at Tiny Tutu’s & have been teaching my lovely Karrinyup class every Saturday since the beginning of this year!

I have been dancing since I was 5 years old and am currently studying a Bachelor of Contemporary Dance at WAAPA. I studied fulltime at Queensland National Ballet, achieving an Advanced Diploma in Ballet. I have also been fortunate to be part of two contemporary youth companies. I love teaching at Tiny Tutus as I hope to pass on my passion for dance to all the little ballerinas. Having the opportunity to help the ballerinas learn whilst having fun is such a special and beautiful experience.

This led to me training in contemporary dance and ballet at WAAPA where I gained Bachelor of Arts (Dance), Bachelor of Performing Arts in Honours whilst dancing alongside LINK Dance Company. I have a special love of ballet and its beauty, and am keen to share my passion with other little humans!

I started dancing when I was 3 years old, after my mum saw me showing an interest in dance and music from watching me constantly bopping away to Hi-Five and the Wiggles. From then on my love for dance only grew, where I delved into Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Acro, Hip-Hop, and Contemporary. I completed numerous examinations of Ballet, RAD Ballet, Tap, and Jazz up to the age of 15. Receiving numerous High Distinctions or Distictions. I was the performing arts captain at my highschool, completed Certs in Music and Education Support and upon graduation I began my studies in a Bachelor of Primary Education.
I love seeing little ones smile from experiencing the joy of dancing. What's great about Tiny Tutus is they also can experience the magic of imagination and dreams.

I started my ballet journey at age 6 doing afterschool dance with Youth Ballet WA. Each year I progressively spent more time training in the ballet studio where I fell in love with classical ballet, contemporary, and Spanish/flamenco. I was taught by some amazing teachers and current professionals from both Australia and Europe in my time here. At age 12 I began a full-time professional program while I completed my academic studies at home. I had the privilege of performing annually in productions like Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, and Don Quixote. After completing a Cert 1 in Dance I decided to take a break to focus on school. I now study Psychology at the University of Western Australia, where I hope to develop a career in developmental psychology and work with kids. I love teaching for Tiny Tutus because I get to combine my love of dance with my passion for working with children and supporting their development. I hope to see you in class!

Originally from regional Western Australia, I grew up in and around my local dance school, where I began performing at 2 and teaching dance at aged 13. Since then, I have studied and competed in competitions in Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, Musical theatre and Hip hop. I completed CTSD exams in Jazz, Tap and Musical Theatre. I was lucky enough to have the privilege to perform in Los Angeles, USA. Since graduating high school, I have commenced a bachelor of Nursing and look forward to sharing my love of dance with my ballerinas as I progress through my studies.

Maria began dancing at age four and trained in the Borovansky Syllabus, completing her Advanced Ballet exams and later adding Jazz and Contemporary training to her repertoire. She earned her Bachelor of Contemporary Arts and Cert II of Music Theatre from ECU and WAAPA in 2012 and her Associate Diploma in Ballet Teaching from the AICD in 2014. Now, a working actress and screenwriter, Maria is passionate about teaching ballet to the next generation of dancers whenever possible.

Dancing is one of my greatest joys in life, so I sought out every opportunity to dance. During my time at University, I searched for work that would allow me to reconnect with my passion for dance. That is how I found Tiny Tutus, and I have never looked back. What I adore most about Tiny Tutus is forming relationships with my ballerinas and their families, and watching my ballerinas grow in their confidence and love for dance through their classes and recital. I am so passionate about dance and performance, as I believe it is one of the greatest gifts in life. I just love being able to share this gift with my ballerinas each and every week!

I have been dancing my whole life, training in the Vaganova and Cechetti methods in Darwin from age 5. I am currently studying law at the ANU in Canberra, but ballet is still my first love. Sharing the joy in my ballet classes is the highlight of my week !

I’m Giselle, but you can call me Miss Gigi. I began my dance journey at the age of three, and instantly fell in love with the art form. I’ve trained in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary and musical theatre and completed ISTD Level 4 Diploma’s in Vocational Examinations in both Ballet and Modern. I’m currently studying at ED5 International where I get to pair my love of dance with my love for acting and singing. I am thrilled to be part of the family of Tiny Tutus. I adore teaching and being able to inspire our beautiful Tiny Tutus dancers.

My repertoire expanded to jazz and tap as I got older and some of my favourite memories from childhood come from on-stage recitals and performing in the Adelaide Christmas Pageant. I'm Amelia, and dance has been my lifelong love. I began baby ballet at the age of 2, igniting my passion for all styles of dance and led me to complete my RAD Advanced Foundation Certificate in Classical Ballet. During my school years I competed as a soloist and in dance troupes at many eisteddfods and taught ballet, jazz, tap and musical theatre at my performing arts studio. In 2022, I completed a Diploma of Musical Theatre at Brent Street in NSW, refining my skills and nurturing my enthusiasm for the performing arts. I love teaching at Tiny Tutus, particularly creating enchanting experiences for young ballerinas as they begin their own dance journeys; inspired by the magic I felt as a young dancer myself.
