Tiny Tutus Boutique only posts goods within Australia.

Goods will be dispatched within three to five (3-5) working days of receipt of payment. Most orders will be received within three to seven (3-7) working days of dispatch. Remote areas of Australia may experience longer than usual delivery time which is out of our control.

Orders are sent with Australia Post’s registered or express post service.

Purchasers can track their order by sending an email enquiry to or by contacting us by phone on 1300 245 060(Mon – Fri 9am – 3pm EST). Each consignment carries a Australia Post barcoded label which is scanned multiple times during the delivery process. In times of high demand, if an item that is purchased is out of stock the order will be placed on back order and customers will be contact and advised as soon as possible by phone or email. If the purchaser does not wish to wait for the items to be back in stock they may request a refund. The refund will be subject to our Exchanges, Refunds and Returns policy. In cases where the purchaser has purchased multiple items and only one of these items are not in stock, Tiny Tutus will not provide a refund for the cost of postage.

Postage Fees

Postage fees are charged based on delivery location and order weight for Standard Shipping with Australia Post as follows:

• NSW: $12 up to 5 kgs, $40 for 5-10 kgs, $60 for 10-20 kgs

• ACT, QLD, VIC: $12 up to 5 kgs, $50 for 5-10 kgs, $80 for 10-20 kgs

• NT, SA, TAS, WA: $17 up to 5kgs, $80 for 5-10 kgs, $150 for 10-20 kgs

Security and Reliability

All care is taken in packaging orders securely, however we do not take any responsibility for damage during delivery. Tiny Tutus Boutique does not take any responsibility for loss of goods during delivery, however in the event of a reported loss, we will follow our lost order protocol and take all reasonable actions in recovering the lost order.
