About the Role

You are where the magic begins. A Tiny Tutus Teacher is a creator of memories. You'll be the one
little ballerinas remember and cherish as their 'very first teacher' - the one who inspired them, made them feel brave and made their ballet dreams come to life.

A Tiny Tutus Teacher instinctively knows how to enter the world of children because they
remember what it was like to be little. Your confidence radiates as you guide
your ballerinas through a magical world of dance, and your warm conversations
with parents let them know how valued they are. Previous teaching experience is
highly regarded but not required as our training program is fabulous!

When becoming a Tiny Tutus Teacher you become part of our family. You'll never be alone. Our
incredible admin team will make everything flow so you can teach like you love
to do. Our teacher co-ordinator and mentors will be there supporting you - always.

Tiny Tutus is more than a preschool ballet school. We
are a starting place for children, parents and teachers to nurture lasting,

  • New Locations are also available for superb teachers with a proven track record that are excited to join us in other suburbs currently not on the time table.

To become a Tiny Tutus teaching superstar you will be:

  • a talented, committed and reliable teacher with a background in ballet
  • have a genuine desire to be part of the Tiny Tutus Dance philosophy - this is not a
    between contract gig - we value our teachers.
  • willing to make a commitment to your ballerinas and their families and turn up for them - each and every week - becoming a beloved constant in their lives.
  • willing to make a commitment to your professional development and expect the same in return.
  • have the right to work in Australia with a valid Working Visa (where applicable) and a current Working with Children Check valid for paid work in your current location
